Hire a Next.js developer

I'm Munim, a full-stack Next.js developer based in Bangladesh. You work with me directly, from the first call to the last deploy.

I've spent 5 years building with Next.js: e-commerce stores, inventory and POS systems, admin dashboards and booking systems. On many of them, I also built the Node.js backend and handled deployment.

I've also done SEO for years, so I know where React and Next.js sites go wrong in Google and AI search. I fix those problems while I build, not after launch.

When hiring me makes sense

  • You need a Next.js website or web app, and you'd rather work with one person than manage an agency.

  • You have a React or Next.js codebase that needs new features, fixes or a cleanup.

  • You built a prototype with an AI tool like Lovable, Bolt or v0, and now real users are signing up. That's usually when the gaps show: open database rules, weak login checks and errors nobody sees. Here's how I get AI-built apps ready for production.

  • You run an agency and need a Next.js developer for a client project. I'm happy to work white-label.

When I'm not the right fit

  • You need a team of five developers next month. I work alone.

  • Your company needs a formal vendor process with RFPs and security questionnaires.

  • The project isn't JavaScript. I don't take WordPress theme work or Shopify Liquid themes.

What the SEO background changes

A lot of Next.js sites launch looking fine. Then a few months later someone notices that Google only indexed half the pages.

Usually the cause is small. Page content loads in the browser, so Google sees an empty shell first. Or every page shares the same title tag. Or the old URLs were never redirected.

I check for these things while I build, because I've been on the SEO side and seen what they cost. On every project I:

  • Render content pages on the server, so search engines and AI tools can read them.
  • Give every page its own title, description and canonical URL.
  • Plan redirects before any URL changes.
  • Add a sitemap and structured data.
  • Check Core Web Vitals before launch.

None of this costs extra. It's part of how I build.

A freelance Next.js developer or an agency?

An agency makes sense when you need several developers at once, plus a designer and a project manager. You pay for that structure.

Hiring me makes sense when the project fits one senior developer. You talk to the person who writes the code. Nothing gets lost between a sales call and a dev team.

The trade-off is real. I'm one person, so if I'm sick for a week, the work pauses for a week. That's why everything lives in your repo, with docs, so the project never depends on me alone.

How hiring me works

  1. You send the contact form

Tell me what you need, your timeline and a rough budget.

  2. I reply within one business day

Usually with a few questions. We can do a short call if that helps.

  3. You get a written proposal

It covers the scope, a fixed price, the timeline and what's not included.

  4. We agree on payment

Larger projects are split into milestones, and 50% of the first milestone is paid upfront. Small projects are paid on delivery.

  5. I build in the open

You get a staging link early on and a short written update every week.

  6. Launch and handover

You get the code, the docs and all access. I fix any bugs for free for 30 days after launch.

Pricing

    Price
    From $1,500

A marketing site of 5 to 8 pages with a CMS
  • Option
    Web app
    Price
    From $2,500
    Good for
A working web app or SaaS MVP
  • Option
    Hourly
    Price
    $25/hour
    Good for
Fixes, small features, or a set number of hours each month for ongoing work

What the starting prices usually cover: A $1,500 website is 5 to 8 pages with a CMS, SEO setup and analytics, in about 3 to 4 weeks. A $2,500 web app has login, a database, one core feature and a simple admin panel, in about 4 to 6 weeks. Bigger scopes cost more, and the proposal shows exactly what's included.

Each service above has its own starting price on its page.

You work directly with me, so there's no agency markup. The price is agreed in writing before I start.

Design: I can build from your Figma files, or design the UI myself. We agree on this in the proposal.

Not included: hosting, paid tools and third-party subscriptions, and content writing.

Working with a remote Next.js developer

I'm based in Dhaka, Bangladesh (UTC+6). I take calls on weekdays from 08:00 to 18:00 UTC. That's the full workday in the UK and Europe, and mornings in the US and Canada.

Most of the work happens async: written updates, short Loom videos and a shared doc. If you're in the US, work often moves forward while you sleep.

In a different time zone? Tell me where you are, and I'll find a time that works.

Work I've done

  • 5 years with Next.js, much of it building custom storefronts for e-commerce. That's where I set up Meta Pixel, dataLayer, GA4 and Conversions API on real stores.
  • A full-stack car rental platform for a client in Dubai, where I handled the backend, the database and the server setup.
  • Projects on this site: Inventiro (inventory and POS), Pro Peak (a MERN job portal), Voice Ink (a voice AI platform) and an event and city guide admin panel. Projects

Questions people ask before hiring me

It depends on the scope. With me, a website starts at $1,500 and a web app at $2,500, both as fixed-price projects. Smaller work is $25 an hour. For comparison, senior freelancers in the US often charge $95 to $150 an hour (Arc, 2026), and agencies usually charge more.

Usually within a week of agreeing on the proposal. I take on a small number of clients at a time. If I can't start soon, I'll say so in my first reply.

Yes. A small fix or feature is a good way to see how I work before you commit to a bigger project. It's billed at my hourly rate.

Mostly, yes. My call hours cover the UK and Europe fully, and US mornings. Outside those hours, the project moves forward in writing, so you always know where it stands.

Yes, to move faster, not to make decisions. I use AI for boilerplate, tests and first drafts. I review every line, and I decide the architecture, data model and security rules myself.

Yes. I can work in your repo and your project tools, under your agency's name. Your client talks to you, and I report to you. I'm happy to sign an NDA first.

You own the code once it's paid for. I'm happy to sign an NDA before you share anything private.

Next.js is built on React, but it adds server rendering, routing, caching and data fetching on the server. These decide how fast your pages load and whether search engines can read them. A React developer knows components. A Next.js developer also knows when a page should render on the server and how to keep it fast.

Yes. I usually move it page by page, so the app keeps working during the move. Before anything changes, I list your current URLs and plan the redirects, so you don't lose search traffic.

I fix any bugs for free for 30 days. After that, you can hire me hourly for changes or ongoing work. You're never locked in. You have the code and all access.

Either of us can stop the project with one week's notice. You pay for the work done up to that point, and you keep all of it.
